Access through Google Chrome at the Computer

  1. Open your Chrome browser.
  2. At the top right, click at the three dots  > open "Settings".
  3. On the left, click "Languages".
  4. Activate "Offer to translate pages that aren’t in a language you read".
  5. Restart Chrome to apply the changes.
  6. Open www.marburg-tourismus.de.
  7. Scroll down to a text field, click right with your mouse.
  8. A new field opens, click "Translate to English".

Access through Chrome on your phone

  1. Open your chrome browser.
  2. At the top right, click at the three dots > open "Settings".
  3. On the left, click "Languages".
  4. To always translate pages in your language, tap Settings > "Translate pages".
  5. Now open www.marburg-tourismus.de.
  6. In the notification at the top of the screen, tap the language that you want to translate the page to.

Access through Firefox at the Computer

  1. Open your Firefox browser.
  2. Click the three horizontal lines at the top right corner.
  3. Then click on "Add-Ons and Themes" > "Extensions".
  4. Search for translations using the search box at the top of the page.
  5. From the options available, choose one of the shown Add-ons.
  6. Then click on "Add to Firefox".
  7. Review the information in the permissions pop-up and click "Add".
  8. The add-on should now appear on the address bar next to the bookmarks icon, as well as on the edge of your toolbar for translating snippets of text.
  9. Restart Firefox, go to www.marburg-tourismus.de and the translation box appears.

Access through Microsoft Edge at the Computer

  1. Open your Edge browser.
  2. At the top right, click at the three dots > "Settings".
  3. On the left, click "Languages".
  4. Activate "Offer to translate pages that aren’t in a language I read".
  5. Restart Edge to apply the changes.
  6. Open www.marburg-tourismus.de.
  7. Scroll down to a text field, click right with your mouse.
  8. A new field opens, click "Translate to English".

Access through Microsoft Edge on your phone

  1. Open your Edge browser.
  2. At the bottom, click the three horizontal lines > "General".
  3. Click "Microsoft Translator".
  4. Activate "Translate pages".
  5. Open www.marburg-tourismus.de.
  6. At the top of the page a box appears with the option to translate the page.

Access through Safari at the Computer

  1. After you've opened your Safari browser, open our website www.marburg-tourismus.de.
  2. Next to the address bar, click at the language sign.
  3. There you'll find the option "Translate to English".

Access through Safari on your phone

  1. After you've opened your Safari browser, open our website www.marburg-tourismus.de.
  2. Next to the address bar, click at the letters AA. 
  3. There you'll find the option "Translate to English".
